Career

Partner Horia Draghici coordinates the dispute resolution and commercial department of CMS Bucharest. With over 20 years of experience, Horia focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration (ICC, VIAC, LCIA, ICSID and local arbitration court), for both multinational and Romanian clients.

His practice deals extensively with commercial litigation and arbitration, international investments disputes, insolvency matters, employment disputes, disputes with public authorities and tax litigation. He also has a solid background in internal compliance investigations.

Horia is a skilled negotiator, familiar with several alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, successfully advising clients in multiple disputes that have been settled (including by mediation under CEDR rules).
