Manuel has regularly assisted relevant players in the value chain of the electricity and natural gas sectors, from energy producers, and utility concessionaires, to large consumers in a wide variety of public law matters and the energy sub-sector. He has also been involved in materially relevant transactions in these markets, such as the purchase of shares of public utility concessionaires, execution of solar and wind projects, and electric mobility, among others.
