Daniel Lopes Coelho is partner in the Real Estate practice at Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. With more than 20 years of experience, he concentrates his practice on real estate acquisitions and sales, subdivisions, developments, in rem guaranties, joint ventures and consortiums for real estate projects, construction contracts and EPCs, leases, including complex sale and leaseback and built-to-suit transactions, foreign investments in rural areas, and real estate regulatory licensing proceedings.
