Jara Del Favero Abogados‘ banking and finance practice focuses predominantly on mining sector-related financings. The department is co-led by Felipe Ovalle, whose wide-ranging experience includes corporate finance and infrastructure-related financings; Alvaro Caviedes, an adviser to both domestic and foreign clients on financial matters and both debt and equity capital markets’ issues; real estate practice leader Sven Herlin, who advises on financings involving real estate projects and technology companies; and Christian Schiessler, whose practice covers syndicated loan agreements and complex financing operations, along with capital markets work.
