Rosemarie’s work is focused on local, cross-border, bilateral and syndicated loans. Over the years, she has specialized in commercial real estate, financing for municipal and state governments, construction loans and general corporate financing. She is sought after by companies that act as borrowers or guarantors in the lending market and by various financial entities, including banks and financial institutions.

She is an outstanding speaker. During her school years, she devoted a lot of time to moot courts. She participated in the international rounds at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.

Rosemarie is the co-leader at Galicia´s Monterrey office. She has been recognized by renowned international publications, such as Chambers Latin American Guide, Chambers Global Guide and The Legal 500 Latin American Guide, in the Banking & Finance and Corporate-Commercial practices.
