Erin is a trusted advisor to individual and corporate clients in disputes in U.S. courts and before arbitral tribunals. She has managed complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and international arbitrations in a diverse set of industries including insurance, construction, energy, entertainment, education, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.

Career

Prior to joining Chaffetz Lindsey, Erin was legal counsel at the International Justice Network.  She represented individuals detained at the United States airbase in Bagram, Afghanistan in habeas proceedings in both district and appellate courts and advised family members of individuals detained by the United States.
