Charlie Scibetta has over 20 years of litigation and arbitration experience across a broad variety of industries. His cases involve general commercial and financial disputes as well as insurance and reinsurance litigation and arbitration. He is recognized as a leader in his field in industry publications, including Chambers USA, Legal 500 United States, SuperLawyers and Who’s Who International. Charlie also manages Chaffetz Lindsey’s day-to-day operations and finances. He has been interviewed by The New York Law Journal and The American Lawyer on issues relating to law firm management and trends in the US legal market. He is a regular speaker on the topic of how to provide top-quality legal services cost-effectively. Prior to forming Chaffetz Lindsey, Charlie was a partner in the New York litigation department of international law firm Clifford Chance.
