Lesley Lewis has extensive experience advising private and public companies, private equity groups, and family-owned businesses in a broad range of corporate legal matters, from structuring and negotiating complex merger and acquisition transactions to advising founders and management teams in connection with their day-to-day business legal needs.

Lesley’s practice includes a broad range of corporate transactional matters, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-out transactions, and private equity investments. She also routinely advises clients in general corporate matters, such as the formation, structuring, and governance of privately held business entities, and the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts. Lesley enjoys working with founders and management teams on all of their day-to-day legal issues, regardless of industry, and is frequently described as an “outside general counsel” to several of her clients.
