Juan Antonio joined our law firm in 2004, and has been a partner since 2016. He is a member of the Financial, Banking, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions department. Juan Antonio has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border financing and refinancing transactions, secured and unsecured syndicated loans, project finance for infrastructure projects, and also representing issuers and underwriters in local and international debt and equity capital market transactions. He also advises banks and other entities of the financial industry in regulatory matters. His practice also covers advising Chilean and international companies on mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructuring and negotiation of commercial agreements.
