Lorena has been an associate of our firm since 2016. She has specialized in dispute resolution, representing local and international clients in litigation and arbitration.
She has participated in arbitrations related to complex contracts, in matters such as energy, SPAs and construction. In the area of litigation, she has experience in contractual and extra-contractual liability, including environmental, constitutional and industrial property disputes.
In criminal liability and compliance, she has advised several companies in the design and implementation of prevention models. She has also led internal investigations and participated in criminal proceedings, both as plaintiff and defense.

Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos‘ five-member white-collar crime and investigations practice focuses on criminal litigation, investigations and compliance assessments, the latter covering risk control and compliance programmes. The team’s experience extends to cases involving fraud, unlawful administration, IP issues, corruption, and environmental and tax crimes; while in addition to the practice’s work on behalf of individual executives, it also handles matters related to corporate criminal liability. The department is led by Jorge Boldt, a specialist in both company and economic crimes.
