Mauro Hiane de Moura focuses his practice on complex administrative and judicial litigation – especially in matters of Administrative & Constitutional Law, regulated industries, concession agreements, public tenders and public contracts.

Mauro joined the firm, as an intern, in 2000. Between 2003 and 2004, he attended the LL.M. program of The University of Chicago – and attended, among others, the Constitutional Law course taught by Barack Obama and the Administrative Law course taught by Cass Sunstein. Afterwards, he continued his education with post-graduation programmes in Economics and with a research-based LL.M., focused on Administrative Law, at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
