Adam Saskin is a partner in Fasken’s Corporate/Commercial Law Group and Real Estate Law Group. Adam was previously the Co-Leader of Fasken’s Corporate/Commercial Law Group in Montreal, and is currently the Co-Leader of Fasken’s Emerging Technology Group in Montreal. He is recognized nationwide by several renowned legal directories as a leading lawyer, notably in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate/Commercial Law, Venture Capital Law, Technology Transactions, Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, and Real Estate Law. Adam has extensive cross-border experience, including managing complex M&A transactions. He is a member of the firm’s US Committee.
Adam’s Corporate/Commercial practice encompasses M&A, venture capital, private equity, and advising emerging technology companies from formation to exit.
Adam’s Real Estate practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, the structuring and formation of real estate funds, financing and commercial leasing matters.
