Florian Rösch is partner in the real estate practice group. He concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, real estate developments and real estate litigation. He also represents clients in joint venture situations and ongoing asset management work, including leasing. Florian also works as a notary with a focus on all kind of real estate and corporate notarizations.

He has worked for a variety of clients, including domestic and foreign investors, asset management companies, banks, and the public sector. His experience includes office and retail properties, hotels and care homes as well as residential properties.
