Provides strategic advice on all aspects of the construction of infrastructure and real estate development; including procurement and delivery of projects, and the resolution of disputes.
Advises government and the private sector on the procurement and delivery of capital projects through all asset and infrastructure sectors. A particular focus on Modern Methods of Construction and new delivery structures.
Marcus is a Trustee of the National Portrait Gallery
