Martha is a Senior Associate in our real estate group specialising in real estate investment work and the property aspects of finance and corporate transactions.

She advises on all aspects of sales and purchases of large investment properties, general Landlord and Tenant work, sale and leasebacks, real estate finance (acting for both borrower and lender) and advising upon the real estate aspects of corporate and asset acquisitions.

She has particular experience in complex multi-disciplinary corporate real estate transactions.
