Collette DaviesEversheds Sutherland (International) LLP

Highly attuned to developments in the market, in part by its involvement on government working groups and industry bodies, the ‘very professional’ and ‘extremely knowledgeable’ team at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP provides a ‘proactive service’ to major stakeholders across a broad spectrum of pensions matters. Team head Stuart Earle‘s own practice mirrors the firm’s broad-based offering, being as comfortable as he is handling work for sponsoring employers, trustees or providers. Earle also continues to act for National Employment Savings Trust (NEST), where he provides ‘pragmatic, usable legal advice’, which is tailored to the workplace pension scheme’s unique requirements. At an associate level, Collette Davies  excels at handling public sector pensions work as well as providing advice on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, and Jen Green is appreciated for her ability ‘to communicate highly complex legal matters in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner’.
