Richard's work includes both EU and UK competition law and his specialisms include merger clearances, joint ventures and strategic alliances, agency and distribution, and restrictive trade practices. He advises widely on compliance programmes and has particular knowledge of the automotive and airport sectors. He heads the competition team in Birmingham.
