His professional practice focuses on the representation of clients in international and national arbitrages and litigation on national courts. Juan Sebastian has participated in international commercial arbitrages conducted under the rules of various arbitrage institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, CCB, the Commerce Chamber of Madrid and investment arbitrages under the rules of the CIADI and UNCITRAL. He has ample experience in national arbitrages conducted under the rules of the Conciliation and Arbitrage Center of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce. He has taken part in multiple litigations in national courts, including litigating at the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia.
