Uriel joined Arias in July, 2015. In January, 2018, he was promoted as an Associate Attorney of the Corporate, Tax and Real Estate departments.
He has advised national and international investors in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase of real estate, corporate and tax structures for investments, incorporation and development of condominium regime and free-trade zone regime, among others. He has also assisted in the execution of due diligence for the acquisition and financing of projects and has focused his practice in providing legal advice in administrative procedures in tax matters before the governmental entities.
