Career
Jared Fine is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies group. He advises emerging growth companies at all stages of the life cycle and the investors that finance those companies. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and general corporate and securities law, including company formation and strategy and venture capital and growth equity financings. He joined Goodwin in 2010.
