Also represents various infrastructure funds, private equity portfolio companies and private equity sponsors in “club” transactions.

Joined in 1982; became a partner in 1989. Adjunct professor of law, Hofstra Law School.
Education
Mr. Schwenkel received his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Buffalo in 1982, where he was an articles editor on the Law Review. Mr. Schwenkel received his MS from Buffalo State College in 1976. He received his BA, cum laude, also from the University of Buffalo, in 1974.
