Career
Jason Romrell, leader of the firm’s appellate section, helps companies navigate complex, high-risk intellectual property disputes at the trial and appellate levels. He represents clients before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where he has drafted numerous appeal briefs and has successfully argued as lead counsel.
