Position

Robert Hoose is an international counsel in the firm’s London office. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors.

Mr. Hoose has experience of representing companies in litigation in the UK and related jurisdictions; of domestic and international arbitration before major institutions including the ICC, LCIA, and SIAC; as well as ad hoc and informal proceedings such as domestic UK construction adjudication, pre-arbitral processes and mediation.

It is also highly experienced in large-scale private fund, insurance and healthcare-related commercial arbitrations. Regularly sought out to act in complex commercial and investment disputes, former UK Attorney General Lord Peter Goldsmith KC is chair of the firm’s European and Asian litigation practice.
