Elysangela represented domestic and international clients in different-sized projects, such as selling specialized medical clinics to strategic investors, advising a medical equipment multinational company in a public-private partnership within the hospital sector, selling private hospitals, purchasing pharmaceutical plants, and assisting in multi-jurisdictional transactions involving the purchase and sale of assets within the pharmaceutical industry. She was a pioneering professional in establishing the Life Sciences practice area in Brazil, combining M&A, commercial transactions, and regulatory affairs.
