Rafael has almost fifteen years’ experience working with litigation and advisory matters in the area of labor law. He provides legal assistance to clients from different industries with a focus on markets in Rio de Janeiro, working to facilitate business via an executive, problem-solving-based approach.

Prior to joining Mattos Filho, he worked as an international lawyer at Lewis Silkin in London, and also interned at the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C.
