Thais has significant experience in pre-litigation and in handling complex insurance law, life sciences and intellectual property cases before the Brazilian courts. She represents insurers and reinsurers in both lawsuits and arbitrations in relation to claims involving large risks insurance, public administration, reimbursement and judicial reorganization disputes.

With a particular focus on intellectual property litigation, Thais also represents local and foreign clients in lawsuits involving the infringement of trademarks, patents, software, unfair competition and data breaches.
