Claudia has large experience in corporate consulting focused on corporate governance, high-complex corporate operations and M&A, in addition to regulatory matters involving the Central Bank of Brazil. She also has relevant experience in the area of Compliance and is an expert in internal investigations and implementation of integrity programs and has improved her professional skills in renown institutions in the area (LEC and New York University). Claudia has international experience and has worked as an international tax associate in one of the Big Four in the Netherlands, supporting European clients to invest in Brazil.
Claudia is an active member of the Commission for Corporate Law of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB/Pinheiros, Center of Studies of Law Firms – CESA, American Chamber of Commerce – AMCHAM, and São Paulo Lawyers’ Associaiton – AASP.
