Dominic J. De Simone is the Co-Chair of Ballard Spahr’s national Finance Department, and Team Leader of the firm’s Private Equity Real Estate, Commercial Loan Servicing, and Distressed Real Estate teams. He practices general real estate law focusing on real estate debt and equity transactions. He advises lenders, investors, borrowers, servicers and receivers on a wide range of transactions including construction, CMBS and syndicated loans; joint venture and preferred equity transactions; intercreditor matters; and distressed situations.
