Position

Andrea is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer with over ten years of experience. She actively represents the Peruvian State as well as private and public entities in international and domestic arbitrations in highly regulated sectors, especially energy, concessions and construction, with seats in Europe, USA and Latin America, under the most important arbitration rules (ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL, CIAC, among others).

Andrea completed her master’s degree in international arbitration at the University of Miami, having been awarded the White & Case/Carolyn B. Lamm Full Tuition Scholarship and the Baker McKenzie Graduate Legal Study Scholarship. She is committed to the improvement of arbitration, founding a nonprofit organization to promote best practices in the area, coaching young law students who participate in international arbitration competitions (Moots), actively participating as a speaker in events and panels, and publishing books and articles on the subject.
