    Nicole has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Environmental Law by The Legal 500 in its 2023 edition for Latin America.

    • Success in obtaining approvals from various entities for the implementation of mining and industrial projects, as well as for new components not approved in the environmental certifications.
    • Obtaining water permits (water use permits, water discharge permits, etc.), as well as the approval and amendment of environmental management instruments in a short period of time.
    • Legal advice for the implementation of the process of approval and awarding of self-sustaining private initiative projects (project for the energetic use of biogas in the Peruvian Amazon).
    • Participation in the committees of regulatory projects of the Ministry of Environment: Legal advice in the drafting of the National Regulations for the Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and representation in the Technical Committee of INACAL (National Institute of Quality) for the drafting of the Peruvian Technical Standards related to WEEE.
