Lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience in the structuring, negotiation, execution, financing and local and international arbitrations, concessions and construction of complex infrastructures, and long-term large-scale projects in various countries in the LATAM region, and under mechanisms of APP/grants, contracts, construction, PMO, EPC, FIDIC, NEC, G2G, among others.

She has significant experience in national (local) arbitrations in Peru and Colombia, as well as in international arbitrations in Washington D.C., Paris, Miami, among others, under UNCITRAL and CAIP rules, obtaining successful results.

She has professional experience derived from direct work in important investment and execution companies of this type of projects in various countries of the LATAM region such as Peru, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Jamaica, among others, and from specialized legal consulting to them.

Diana has a holistic view of the business and the industry infrastructure, accompanied by strong commercial and communication skills, multidisciplinary and multicultural team leadership, strategic thinking, critical thinking, results orientation, as well as proven technical, financial and economic expertise, characteristic of this kind of projects.

She has been in charge of the legal and general management of transport infrastructure concession companies in both Colombia and Peru and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of different transport infrastructure concession companies.
