Marc Mariani mainly practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate law. He routinely advises market players — including investors or industrial groups owning real estate portfolios — on M&A and financing matters inherent in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie in 2004, he spent nine years working on real estate matters for EY Law. Mr. Mariani received his post graduate degree for Business Law and masters degree in French Taxation from the University of Paris I.
Mr. Mariani is focused on assisting local and international clients in foreign investment financing and financial lease agreements. He also helps design and structure real estate funds, particularly for investors in the Middle East.
