Maria Batlouni practices in the Real Estate Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris, which she joined as a trainee in January 2013.
She was named Counsel in July 2022.
Maria assists French and foreign investors on real estate transactions, setting-up of real estate investment funds (including OPCIs), sales and acquisitions of real estate assets, joint-venture agreements, sale & lease-back transactions, asset, development and investment management, real estate structured financing and financial restructuring operations. She advises clients on all types of real estate assets (office, retail, hotels, logistics, data centers, etc.).
Maria is notably a member of our Hotels, Resorts and Tourism Group and has significant experience negotiating hotel management agreements (on behalf of owners and operators), and commercial leases.
