Eva Leygonie joined Baker McKenzie’s Real Estate Practice Group in Paris in 2005, and was appointed partner in 2015. She practices in real estate investment and finance.
Eva Leygonie focuses essentially on real estate transactions, and more specifically in the areas of real estate investment and financing, for both French and foreign investors. Eva provides them with guidance in particular for the structuring and implementation of regulated real estate funds (OPCIs), joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions with underlying real estate assets, sale & lease-back transactions and structured financing.
She has also developed a practice and expertise in transactions involving certain types of real estate assets such as wine estates and hotels.
She graduated from Université de Paris II Panthéon – Assas and holds a Masters in International Affairs from Université de Paris IX Dauphine.
Eva joined the Firm in 2005 as an associate, before being named Partner in 2015.
