Career
José Tomás Gutierrez joined the Firm’s Energy, Mining and Infrastructure Practice Group in Santiago as a junior associate in August of 2022. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School in 2018.
He regularly works on a comprehensive scope of mining matters, focusing in mining and corporate law, as well as on environmental and regulatory law applicable to projects. Additionally, he assists clients with various and related environmental, regulatory and energy aspects. On the other hand, he advises in the supervision of their corporate governance, and contractual aspects, in general.
