Carolina Hagemann is a member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Santiago office. She joined Baker McKenzie as a junior associate in June of 2021.
Carolina has been a teaching assistant for Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2019. Previously, she had been a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law (2018) at the same university.
Carolina focuses on litigation and domestic and international arbitration, with an emphasis on the areas of civil, commercial, regulatory, construction, mining, insolvency and bankruptcy.
