Career
Carina Antweil is the Deputy Chair of the Houston Corporate Department of Baker Botts. Carina represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and spin-offs. Carina also counsels issuers, investment banking firms and other investors in registered offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary public offerings and 144A offerings. Carina’s practice includes general corporate matters, including ESG matters, securities laws, Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance practices. Carina has substantial experience across industries, with a particular focus in energy, petrochemicals and residential homebuilders.
Carina has practiced law at the Houston office of Baker Botts since graduating from law school.
