Emil Barth partners with companies to develop creative strategies for addressing complex regulatory issues across the energy sector, with a focus on matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, and other federal and state agencies. He has counseled clients on innovative renewable energy transactions, electric and natural gas rate cases and tariff issues, NAESB and ISDA contracts, project permitting, and compliance issues. Emil has represented clients in federal and state court litigation related to energy matters. Emil also represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission with respect to wireless licensing and submarine cable landing licensing.
