Career
Todd specialises in contentious insolvency, funds and trust matters. He has extensive experience in areas such as fraud, constructive trusts and tracing, trustees’ and directors’ duties, financial services regulatory issues and disputes with a multi-jurisdictional element. He frequently advises stakeholders and local and foreign insolvency practitioners in corporate distress situations. Todd combines technical expertise with substantial advocacy experience at both trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Babbé, Advocate McGuffin practised at a boutique Sydney firm and City powerhouses, Freshfields and Berwin Leighton Paisner (as it was then known).
