Ms Victoria Cure
Position
Victoria is an senior associate in Carey Olsen’s Family Law and Divorce team, part of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice. Victoria moved to Jersey in September 2019, where she lived and worked until February 2023, when she moved to the firm’s London office. Victoria assists with a range of relationship generated issues, including complex financial disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and contested proceedings relating to children (including applications for contact, residence, leave to remove, prohibited steps orders and abduction).
Victoria is a member of Resolution, an association of family law professionals who are committed to work with families and individuals to resolve issues and disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way and an Associate Member of the Jersey Family Law Association.
Career
Victoria joined Carey Olsen in September 2019 having trained and qualified as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Victoria obtained an LLB in Law with American Law from the University of Nottingham and an LLM from the University of Connecticut in U.S. Legal Studies.
