Ogier advises on cross-border and local M&A transactions, with further expertise in investment deals and transactions in regulated sectors such as insurance. The practice is jointly led by Bryon Rees and Tim Clipstone, both of whom oversee a broad range of transactions, including those led by private equity funds, and provide related regulatory support. Additionally co-heading is Richard Sharp, who takes the lead on insurance and reinsurance matters.
