Career

Jonathan deals in all aspects of property work for rural clients including the sale and purchase of farms and estates, agricultural tenancies, farming partnerships, residential and commercial tenancies, sporting rights, minerals and general property management work. He is involved in a wide range of diversification projects including biogas and other renewables schemes.

Jonathan is one of the few specialist practitioners in the Country routinely acting for grouse moor owners and operators. He provides commercially sensible advice and his involvement with running a small farm gives him an immediate practical grasp of Agri-Environmental schemes and wider aspects of agricultural businesses.

Jonathan also deals with residential property transactions for his client base. He is accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 2000 joining Wrigleys in 2003. He was promoted to partner in 2007 and leads the rural and agriculture team.
