Shaun George – Brodies LLP

Wielding ‘unrivalled depth and breadth of skills and experience’, the team at Brodies LLP supports clients across Scotland from its offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Inverness. Its expertise spans international cases, including child abduction, an area in which Glasgow-based practice head Lisa Girdwood has particular experience. The team also offers strength in alternative dispute resolution; Edinburgh-based Jacqueline Stroud is an accredited mediator; as is Shaun George, in Aberdeen, who also acts as an arbitrator. Aberdeen’s Susie Mountain is noted for her child relocation and cohabitation work. Sarah Lilley heads the Inverness team, and is certified in trauma-informed law and often acting in high conflict children matters. Victoria Varty, Donna McKay and Debbie Reekie are also recommended.
