Position

Stuart has extensive experience advising project sponsors, authorities, contractors, and funders on a wide range of social and economic infrastructure PPP programmes in the UK and Ireland. He has advised clients in the education, health, student accommodation, waste water, municipal waste and transport sectors and advises on the full suite of project documentation.

In addition to providing advice on new build projects, Stuart advises on a broad spectrum of issues affecting operational projects, facilities management and secondary market transactions.

Brodies LLP’s local government team is situated within the firm’s wider government and business practice, acting for government bodies on governance, social housing and infrastructure mandates, with additional experience advising councils on acquisitions and housing regeneration projects.
