Addleshaw Goddard launched its public law practice in October 2023 with the addition of Jacques Dabreteau, who has robust experience in administrative litigation and all forms of public contracts, from Ashurst LLP. The firm has already established a strong record in handling bids for public procurement contracts for large-scale transport, energy, telecoms, and waste and water projects – including international projects in Francophone Africa – and also advises on the regulatory issues surrounding M&A in the energy sector.
