With over 30 years’ experience as a corporate partner specialising in private equity transactions, Tim has held a variety of roles including Managing Partner, Marketing Partner and Head of Clients and Markets. Tim has acted for a variety of clients from private equity institutions to large listed clients and large and medium sized owner managed businesses.

Work Highlights

Tim’s most notable transactions include the privatisation of Interflora by way of a contested scheme of arrangement, the investment in and then restructuring of Total Fitness, who he has advised for over 9 years, and the sale of Pretty Little Thing.

In the past three years Tim has led a number of acquisitions for a large US Corporate providing people-intensive business solutions across its chosen sectors.
