Siân is a London-based principal associate in the corporate M&A and Private Equity team. Siân advises predominantly private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, private equity and general corporate law matters. Siân also has experience of assisting clients with IPOs, both on AIM and the Main Market, as well as assisting listed companies with secondary fundraisings.
Siân enjoys getting to know her clients’ businesses and works closely with clients to provide thorough and practical advice to help clients achieve their ambitions.
