John has over 20 years of transactional real estate law experience across all sectors and deal types.
He has bought trophy buildings in central London, developed distribution hubs for major retailers and helped large corporate occupiers get rid of their lease liabilities. He has also dealt with properties in almost every town and city across the country. Most of all he enjoys being part of the real estate market and how it has an impact on everything we do.
John has a master’s degree in business analytics at UCL. This means he is comfortable with analysing data and understanding with the financial aspects of complex deals, and enjoys structuring deals logically, focusing on what really matters.
