Admitted September 2001. Publications and speaking engagements: Mark has appeared on BBC Breakfast in relation to landlord and tenant matters. He provides CPD lectures to solicitors and other property professionals about such issues, and also regularly writes and lectures in this area.
Mark is recognised as an industry expert in his field. Mark’s background is in property litigation. He has overseen the development of Bishop and Sewell’s landlord and tenant practice over the last decade. Under his stewardship, the department has flourished, and he now leads a team of solicitors and paralegals. He is a very well-known and highly-regarded specialist in landlord and tenant matters. His expertise when it comes to leasehold reform issues is unparalleled.

Mark is the director of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and a member of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal Frequent User Group Panel, as well as The Law Society.

Leisure
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mark worked briefly in education, and this remains one of his passions. He is also a keen cyclist.
