I am a partner in the Finance & Financial Regulation group, based in Milan. I combine a client-focused business practicality with substantial knowledge of the structuring and negotiation of debt securities. I have a particular focus on structured finance products and finance transactions.
I have in-depth knowledge of banking and finance and navigate clients, advise lenders, borrowers, arrangers, managers, underwriters, issuers, originators, representatives of the note holders and swap counterparties in connection with a wide range of banking and finance deals, involving various asset classes and financial structures.
I am a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, focusing on topics related to Green Bonds and ESG Certificates and Structured Products, aimed at discussing new opportunities and challenges in this evolving market landscape.
